1 x Wet Mill Foreman

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Supervisor's Certificate/similar qualification/s e.g. Diploma in Wood Technology and / or relevant "on-the-job" training will be beneficial;
• Proven saw milling experience with references essential (minimum 3 years' experience and 2 years' supervisory experience);
• Grading as well as planer exposure advantageous;
• Fluency in English beneficial (Reading, writing and speaking);
• Maintain and improve production throughput and quality standards whilst upholding safety standards and good housekeeping practices;
• Lead and manage a relatively large team, including planning and allocating duties to different employees as well as discipline and development of employees;
